Shipping policy

Peoni & Stone currently ships to and accepts orders from customers in the following regions:

  • Australia

    Any orders placed outside these regions will be cancelled and refunded. We do not currently ship to, or accept orders from New Zealand, USA, the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, or any other jurisdictions outside of the above regions.

    Processing Times

    Retail Orders: All retail orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

    Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 days, depending on the size of the order, as larger orders can take longer to dispatch.

    Personalised Orders: Personalised orders are individually hand-stamped by our team, which requires additional processing time. We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 3 business days, extending to up to 5 business days during peak periods. You will be notified if your order takes longer than 3 business days.

    Holidays and Peak Events: During peak holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, there may be shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.


     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

    Peoni & Stone does not currently ship outside of Australia, but we are working on delivering to additional countries. If you are outside of Australia and are interested in ordering please contact us for a quote.

     


    LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

    If your order arrives damaged or hasn't been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Items confiscated by customs authorities
    • Damage or loss occurring after successful delivery
    • Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.)
    • Orders shipped to unserviceable locations
    • Untracked shipments (when tracking was declined)
