As a conscious wellness brand, we want to avoid adding to waste and landfill where possible. This also allows us to offer you the best prices whilst maintaining the highest standards.

Second, when we're bringing new products to market, pre-orders let us offer them to you immediately — so you can secure what you love while we prepare them for the next shipment.

Depending on when you placed your order, most pre-orders arrive within 2 — 6 weeks. Once you've placed your order, we'll notify you with a delivery timeframe so you know when to expect your order to arrive.

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately. We'll keep you updated on production progress, and you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Yes. You can modify or cancel your pre-order before we ship your order. We'll provide updates on your shipment as soon as possible.
