Depending on when you placed your order, most pre-orders arrive within 2 — 6 weeks. Once you've placed your order, we'll notify you with a delivery timeframe so you know when to expect your order to arrive.

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately. We'll keep you updated on production progress, and you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Yes. You can modify or cancel your pre-order before we ship your order. We'll provide updates on your shipment as soon as possible.
