There's always a moment when you realise that something needs to exist.
I was struggling silently. I had all the external markers of success, but internally, I was desperate for something more - for freedom, for peace, for a way to slow down and reset. I turned to ancient rituals: incense burning, prayer, and grounding practices for my mind, body, and heart. And something shifted.
These rituals began working from the inside out. I was changing. I started becoming who I'd always wanted to be, and I began living a life of genuine freedom; doing the things that brought joy to my heart.
But I also realised something else: in Australia, and the rest of the Western world, very few people had access to these rituals or even knew they existed. The knowledge was hidden, the tools were hard to find, and the practice felt misunderstood, and inaccessible.
I realised I wasn't alone in seeking peace. Everywhere I looked, I saw people starving for presence, for calm, for self-love. That's when it hit me: the world needed Peoni & Stone just as much as I did. Because the world needed rituals that were sustainable to do, beautiful to perform, rituals that meet you where you are, and rituals that evolve as you evolve.
Integrating these rituals into my everyday life became the moments where I actually felt alive. Moments of peace, joy, and freedom. Moments where I reconnected with myself and started the journey to living my desired life.
